Error 213 – Internet ping failed

The sign is connected to a network but cannot reach the internet.

If you are using your own internet connection for communication, this may indicate that the internet service is down at your sign’s location. Check if other computers on your network have internet access. If you can’t access the internet, contact your Internet Service Provider (ISP) for further assistance.

If you are using a cellular data modem that is integrated into the sign, this may indicate an issue with cellular reception. Ensure that any external antennas that are required are attached to the sign, and power cycle your sign at the circuit breaker or designated power switch.
