Welcome to the tutorial on using SignCommand.com to control and monitor your LED sign! We think you’ll find that SignCommand is both easy to use and a powerful content creation tool. Because you’ll be using a website to control your sign, you can access this application from any device that can connect to the internet. However, we’ll talk about some of the limitations in using smaller devices to create sign content in a later tutorial.
The first step is to log into SignCommand. It’s recommended to use a modern web browser such as Google Chrome when accessing the application. A full list of supported browsers can be found on our support website. Go to my.signcommand.com and enter your email address and password. If you ever forget your password, click the Forgot Password button, and a message to reset your login will be emailed to you. If you don’t yet have a SignCommand account, speak with your sign provider to have one created for you.
Once logged in, you’ll see the main navigation to the left. Your account information is available to edit in the My Profile button under your name. Note that if you change your email address within your profile, it will become the address that you use to log in the next time you access the website. We also recommend logging out of your account whenever it’s not in use. You can do this at any time by clicking the Sign Out button.
