Error 210 – Device ping failed

The sign uses a communication device such as a wireless radio that can no longer be reached.


If your sign is no longer online:
Make sure that the specified device is powered on and physically connected to the network cable(s). Turn the device off and back on to try clearing any temporary software issues. If the problem persists, do not perform a factory reset on the device; contact your sign’s manufacturer for further assistance.

If your sign is still online:
The configuration file that specifies the sign’s communication devices may be incorrect. Contact support to change your sign’s configuration.
